Gee operate within the housing sector predominantly as a contractor rather than developer. Our experience has been with local authorities and housing associations, in the construction of new residential units as well as refurbishment of existing housing stock, bringing them up to the required ‘Decent Homes Standards’.
We successfully employ Tenant Liaison Officers (TLOs) from the local communities in which we work to encourage clear lines of communication between ourselves, our clients and, most importantly, the people whose homes we are required to work within.
